UP SIDE DOWN Gallery (Tokyo, October 2020)
This was a collaborative exhibition held at “UPSIDE DOWN Gallery”, a brand new gallery space in Tokyo started by the fashion brand “Ms.REIKO”. Despite their differences in genre, I envisioned an exhibition where fashion and visual art could traverse boundaries to share moving, emotional moments together, and in turn produce fresh values and perspectives. This was also my first time taking on the challenge of painting on clothing instead of canvas.
