The Reincarnation of Color
M-Gallery (Ashikaga, June 2019)
This solo exhibition took place at M-Gallery on their 30th anniversary. Inspired by my hometown’s oral legend “Kyomaru Botan”, a story of two tragic lovers who are reborn as flowers, I imagined miscellaneous events from my memory being reincarnated into colorful paintings.
