EARTH+GALLERY (Tokyo, June 2016)
I believe that works of art should be able to convey the artist’s sense of self. Although there is no longer a place for me to return to in my hometown, it lives on in my memories, unconsciously making its appearance, I suspect, as colors and expressions. Here, I tried to embody these unreliable sensations that blink and flicker like photographic slides.
